Founded in 2016, GuardKnox is based in Israel, with subsidiary locations in Munich, Germany, and Detroit, Michigan.
Moshe is a Veteran of the Israeli Air Force (IAF). He served as the Deputy Commander of Special Operations and oversaw the development and application of highly complex products, including the development and implementation of hardware based security solutions. He held various executive positions within TADIRAN Communication and Elbit Systems, served as General Manager of medical ERP startup ExactCost, CEO of audience measurement startup TruMedia and COO of satellite communication company SatixFy. Moshe holds a B.Sc. in electro-optics from the Technicon and an MA in Economic Policy (Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University.
Jillian brings to GuardKnox her experience in board management and marketing as well as risk analysis and mitigation. Jillian began her professional career as a member of Teach for America, a Division of Ameri-Corps. Jillian received her BA from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, in liberal arts with a focus in Business, Spanish, and Psychology. She also holds a Masters of Public Health – Emergency and Disaster Management (magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University.
Anat has over 20 years of experience in establishing and managing financial and business activities in international and startup companies. Anat started her career at E&Y in the accounting department, and since then has held roles as a Controller, Finance Manager, and CFO. Anat has worked at General Electric as well as EDF EN before joining the GuardKnox team. She is highly experienced with all aspects of corporate finance, strategic planning, financial operation improvements, fundraising, and M&A with a broad business understanding and management skills. Anat holds an MBA and a BA in Accounting both from The College of Management and she is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
Joe has 23 years of experience as an engineering and business leader, possessing a rare combination of seasoned corporate professional and proven entrepreneur. He has held roles in Engineering and Financial Management (Ford) and in Sales, Business Development and Engineering Management (Bosch Embedded Software/Cyber Security Division). By deploying proven business strategies and leveraging relationships both vertically within organizations and horizontally across industries, Joe grows market share and delivers tangible financial results. He has also founded, grown and successfully divested five retail businesses, leveraging the full depth and breadth of his corporate expertise and experience as an entrepreneur. Joe holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross Graduate School of Business.
Keren holds an MBA from Ben Gurion University and has over 20 years of HR experience. She has held positions in organizational management and human resource development and has worked in a variety of industries like; High-Tech, medical devices, and manufacturing.

Moshe, a 24 year veteran of the Israeli Air Force, holds a B.Sc. in electro-optics for the Technion (Israeli Institute of Technology) and a MA in Economic Policy (Cum Laude). He brings with him over 15 years of successful managerial experience in various global companies. He serves serves as GuardKnox’s CEO since 2015.

Stephen Girsky received his MBA from Harvard School of Business and has more than 25 years of experience working with senior corporate and board executives, OEM leaders, suppliers, as well as national and local policy makers. He is currently a Managing Partner at VectolQ and a member of the Board of Directors for several leading automotive start-ups.
Shay Livant has more than 26 years as a Board Member in the Taavura Group and over 23 years a Board Member in Universal Trucks Israel Ltd. and over 24 year as Co-Chairman in UPS Israel. He brings his wealth of knowledge and experience with the Israeli automotive field to GuardKnox.
Shlomo Nass is chairman of Tao Tsuot Ltd., formerly known as Yarden Investment, and is a leader in the Israeli investment community. His involvement in investment firms focuses on the fields of real estate investments, derivatives and financial instruments, specifically hedging.
Mark Norman is a Managing Partner at FM Capital. Previously he was president of Zipcar, where he led the company’s expansion into over 25 major cities and more than 300 college campuses across North America and Europe, creating the world’s largest carsharing network. Mark has significant experience leading both early stage and global businesses, including roles as CEO of Flexcar, CEO and Chairman of Chrysler Canada, and Managing Director of Summit Systems and has also been a top operating executive for The Herb Chambers Companies, the 6th largest privately held automotive dealership group in North America.
Uri Pachter is the Managing Director of Faurecia Security Technologies Ltd, the technology platform of Faurecia S.A. in Tel-Aviv, focusing on Cybersecurity and sensors. Prior to joining Faurecia, Uri worked at the Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute as the Business Development Manager in charge of the automotive industry and later as the Director of the International Projects Department in charge of promoting the export activities of Israeli companies and startups in multiple fields.
Mary Chan received her MSEE in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University’s FU Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science. She served as EVP of Alcatel-Lucent Wireless Networks and SVP of Dell Enterprise Mobility Solutions. She is a Senior Advisor for Samsung’s Smart Machines Advisory Board. She is also currently Managing Partner at VectoIQ and a member of the Board of Directors for Magna International.
Dr. Kurt J. Lauk is a Trustee IISS at the International Institute for Strategic Studies. He currently acts as independent director at Magna International, independent director on Solera Inc.’s Board of Directors, and as a member of the Chairman Advisory Council for Normua’s Germany, Austria and Switzerland divisions. He brings more than 40 years of consulting and advising experience to GuardKnox, including serving in executive positions at both Audi and Daimler.
Saeed Amidi is the Founding General Partner of Amidi Group, Inc. He founded Plug and Play Tech Center in 2006 and still acts as its CEO today. Mr. Amidi had over 28 years experience in founding and growing technology companies and has been a technology company investor since 1996.
With over 40 years of experience in the German industry, Dr. Juergen Hambrecht is Chairman and member in numerous Supervisory Boards, e.g. BASF SE, Daimler AG and Fuchs Petrolub SE.
Prof. Dr. h.c. Roland Berger is founder and Honorary Chairman of international business consulting firm Roland Berger GmbH. He has consulted clients from all industries and from all over the world and has been appointed to numerous state and federal government commissions. He sits on multiple supervisory and advisory boards and supports a small portfolio of companies as an investor.
Avihu Ben Nun graduated from the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard School of Business and was the 11th commander of the Israeli Air Force between 1987 and 1992. He serves as the Chairman of Ellara Ltd. and Universal Motors Israel.
Dr. Bolless previously served in the IAF and is now the Chairman of the Public Council of the Israeli Chamber of Information Technology. He has an extensive history of founding numerous hi-tech companies, resulting in successful public offerings on NASDAQ and high value buyouts. Dr. Bolless teaches in the MBA programs at IDC and the EMPP & EMPH programs at TAU.
Dr. Roiss joined the Sulzer Board of Directors in 2015 after serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board at OMV AG. He has extensive experience at managing different departments including but not limited to: refining and marketing division, exploration and production division and chemicals and plastics division.
